Plymouth Robotaxi LLC
Mission Overview
Tesla Cybercab autonomous fleet · Logan Airport · Seaport · South Shore corridor
Operate Tesla Cybercab autonomous vehicles as a third-party fleet in Massachusetts. Logan Airport, Seaport District, South Shore corridor — deploy where demand is highest. No supervised ops. No TNC involvement. Launch fully autonomous or not at all.
100 Cybercabs. Custom-built warehouse facility with full L2 charging. Tesla Optimus robots handling all physical operations. Jarvis running administration, compliance, reporting. Jake doing <10% of the work — owner, not operator.
RN at BWH Cardiology/Telemetry (orientation starts March 9). Nursing income = sole runway source. First paycheck ~March 21. Per diem CCU at South Shore Hospital starting Oct 2026. Building Plymouth Robotaxi in parallel — because the 2–4 year window before AI disrupts nursing is closing.
Savings: $0 as of March 2026. Nursing income rebuilds it. Startup capital from SBA 7(a) loan or Spring Free EV financing — not personal savings. Target: $52k net surplus from nursing by end of 2026. External capital need: ~$150k for Phase 0 + first 3 vehicles.
Phase 0 — Foundation

Model uses $4,500/year (Jake's number). Specialty AV autonomous fleet coverage will likely be significantly higher once real quotes come in. At $15k insurance: net drops to ~$62k/vehicle/year — margins shrink but business still very strong. Get quotes before committing capital.
